1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between pl68 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on or otherwise uses the pl68 website located at pl68.cam and any associated services, products or features offered through it.

pl68 is an English-language online gaming platform providing sports betting, live casino, slots, table games and esports betting services. The platform is designed for adult users and presents content in English with Pakistani local context, including PKR currency display and references to locally familiar payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions like HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. By completing registration or by continuing to use the pl68 platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions contained herein. To be eligible to register and maintain an account on pl68, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, and you accept sole responsibility for ensuring your use complies with all applicable local laws.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, agent or close family member of pl68 or any associated gaming operator.
• You do not have an existing pl68 account that has been closed, suspended or self-excluded. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee or representative of any third party.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently undergoing treatment for problem gambling, and you are not currently self-excluded from any gambling platform.

pl68 does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution. Users in Pakistan must independently assess their legal position before registering. This does not constitute legal advice.

4. Account Registration & Management

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account on pl68. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document.
• A valid, unique email address to which you have full access.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you meet the minimum age requirement.
• A valid mobile number capable of receiving verification messages.
• Your country and city of residence (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must notify pl68 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pl68 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

pl68 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any point where account activity raises a compliance concern. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances on pl68 are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are specified on the platform's cashier page and are subject to change at pl68's discretion with reasonable notice.

Payment method names referenced on the platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for contextual familiarity only. Their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those providers, an affiliation with pl68, or a guarantee of availability. Users must verify current supported payment channels via the cashier section of their account.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. pl68 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
• Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• pl68 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been used to fund your account, subject to the withdrawal options available at the time of the request.
• pl68 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from an account or payment instrument held in the registered User's own name.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pl68 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions or other incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game contributions and expiry periods. These specific terms will be displayed alongside each promotion.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• In the event of a conflict between a promotional term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotional-specific term shall prevail for that promotion.
• pl68 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Users found to be exploiting bonuses through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage or collusion will have bonus funds forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on pl68, whether on sports markets (including Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC), live casino games, slots, table games or esports markets.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. pl68 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where provided for under specific sport or game rules.
• pl68 reserves the right to void any wager where it is established that a market was offered in error, where odds were clearly incorrect, or where there is evidence of match-fixing, manipulation or any form of irregular activity.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market, as displayed in the betting interface at the time of placement.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any event or game, pl68's determination shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
• The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) information for casino games and slots is displayed where available. Players acknowledge that the house maintains a mathematical advantage over time.
• pl68 does not hold any official affiliation with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC or any other sports governing body referenced on the platform.

8. Responsible Gambling

pl68 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Users maintain control over their gaming activity. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of play to help you stay aware of time spent on the platform.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of your choosing without triggering a full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a full exclusion from the platform for a defined term or indefinitely. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the expiry date.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pl68 and may result in immediate account suspension, closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity fraud or chargeback abuse.
• Colluding with other players, exploiting software bugs, using automated betting tools or bots, or engaging in any other form of cheating.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where its use is explicitly prohibited under local law, without disclosing this to pl68.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, copying or otherwise misappropriating any element of the pl68 platform without express written consent.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pl68 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, page layouts and interface design — is the exclusive property of pl68 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content from the pl68 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or used in any derivative work without the prior written consent of pl68.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pl68 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue or winnings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions to service.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics or promotional material.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, including delays, reversals or errors in processing deposits or withdrawals.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pl68 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

12. Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Users may close their account by contacting pl68 support, provided there are no pending wagers or outstanding withdrawal requests. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the User via an approved withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC.

pl68 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• pl68 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering or any form of criminal conduct.
• A User fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account would expose pl68 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
• A User has violated the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 9.

Upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms, pl68 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and, where fraud is established, any balance held in the account.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pl68 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Nothing in this clause is intended to restrict any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pl68 platform, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the formal dispute resolution mechanisms available under the applicable governing law.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that local gambling laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply to their use of the platform. pl68 does not provide legal advice and Users must obtain independent legal counsel if they are uncertain about their position.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pl68 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pl68 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last reviewed" date and, where practicable, by notifying registered Users via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the pl68 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. pl68 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it before each session if you are a regular user.
